Lemur Leaf Frog (Agalychnis lemur)
The Lemur Leaf Frog’s mirthful appearance belies its perilous conservation status. Once abundant across nearly all of Central America, fewer than 1,000 are thought to remain in the wild and the survivors are limited to two tiny patches of premontane rainforest.
